Ideal low-budget hotel, particularly nice views of the garden. Respectful employees with a snooty desk clerk, brand-new and beautifully maintained room. A tub in the bathroom. Particularly good and excellent location in very very nice area, right by the Bridge of the Americas and the beautiful shopping center Pueblito Mexicano, the Córdova Bridge border crossing, and the right restaurant.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, helpful for finding the right restaurant. I was given a brand-new and well-maintained room with a comfortable bed and a lovely garden.

Everything was beautiful, including very friendly and respectful stuff with a snooty desk clerk. The room was a nice size with the garden and a view of the garden, as for instance. I loved the breakfast, the food was good.

The room here had nice amenities like central heating, multi-channel TV, and a writing desk, with a great location close to all the places I wanted to visit.

The breakfast was excellent with a lot of food. The queen room had a garden view and new bathrooms, everything was good. The hotel is in a marvelous location in a great area.

The place had a quiet atmosphere. I was given brand-new and big size room with the garden, Wi Fi. A shower, a hairdryer and toiletries were very handy. Its location just a short stroll away from Parque el Chamizal was favourable and magnificent.

The pool is good, there is on-site parking, the food is excellent, the service is excellent, and it's a great location near Parque el Chamizal.

The rooms are beautifully maintained with good beds and smoke detectors. The staff are consistently courteous and the location is good and magnificent helpful to find the right restaurant.

Stayed at Hotel Colonial for 3 nights for a business trip. The staff was helpful, and the security measures were excellent. The parking lot was safe, and the premises were well-maintained. The room size was nice, and overall cleanliness was good. The location was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a good night's rest.

The location is a definite plus. It was really easy to get a cab or city bus pretty much anywhere. Also there are many restaurants and attractions in the area.

I always dislike the fact that they don't have an iron in the room or in the front desk for that matter. I couldn't get an iron to save my life in my last two stays there. Not cool :(. I wore wrinkled clothes. They should also consider washers and dryers.

The hotel's location was favourable close to everything. There was a huge variety of food for breakfast, it was great.

The price was totally fair, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was great too, with everything we needed nearby. The staff at the hotel were amazing, always helpful and friendly, and they even got to know us personally during our stay.

Breakfast could be improved by offering more drink options besides coffee. It would be great if they could provide juice or milk for the kids without extra charges.

The hotel was of high quality and the rooms were soundproof. Everything contributed to a peaceful environment. For a delicious lunch or dinner, I recommend Porta Bella, conveniently located nearby.

We were assigned a room next to the main highway....too noisy at night.

I liked the friendly atmosphere and the great customer service also the free transportation provided by the hotel.

Everything was ok except that it was a little far from the U.S. consulate.
